What losing good standing actually costs you
You cannot produce a certificate of good standing
Banks ask for one before a loan draw. Title companies ask before closing. Buyers ask in diligence. This is the consequence that actually stops transactions, and it is usually how people find out.
You lose standing to sue
In most states a dissolved entity cannot bring an action until it has been reinstated. If you need to enforce a contract or chase an invoice, you are stuck first.
The arrears compound
Missed annual reports and franchise tax are usually owed for every year missed, with penalties on each — not only for the current year. The longer it sits, the larger the bill.
Your name can be released
Once an entity is dissolved, the state may let someone else register the name. Getting it back is not always possible.

We do not sell a rush tier. Wyoming charges $700 for next-day and $1,400 for same-day processing — more than the filing itself — and we are not going to mark that up and call it a service. If you have a genuine deadline, tell us and we will tell you honestly what your state can and cannot do.

You approve, we file, you get the receipts
Nothing is filed and nothing is charged until you have said yes to a number you have already seen.
If we get it wrong, we pay for it
If we file it wrong, we fix it and pay the state penalties and re-filing costs that result from our error, up to the amount you paid us. In cash, not credits.
We will also tell you in writing, before you pay, if we think your situation needs a lawyer or an accountant rather than a filing service. Sometimes it does.
